Terms of sales

From the home page of the site click on "Online reservations"; you then access the plan of the bathhouse where you can easily see the availability and choose the shade place and the date or period you prefer.

Once you have selected the shadow seat on the map, you will see the amount of the booking already calculated according to the stay (daily, week, month, etc.).

Then click "BUY".

At this point you will just enter:
Email
Name
Last name

Then click "CONTINUE FOR THE PAGE".
You then go to the page where you need to enter your credit card details.
Credit card payments are encrypted and absolute protection of customer data is guaranteed.

When the purchase is complete, an Email containing a voucher will be sent.
Upon arrival at the beach, the voucher received by e-mail must be shown and the self-certification in the Documents section of the people who will stay at the shadow post must be completed/delivered. This self-certification is necessary as a result of the provisions related to the health emergency from Covid19 and must be complete with a copy of the identification document currently valid.

YOU MUST PRINT THE VOUCHER.

NOTE: Once the purchase process is started, 20 minutes are available to complete the payment, after which the committed umbrellas will be released and made bookable again. The procedure involves BUY ON LINE. However, there is no reservation with the possibility of a refund, in case of non-use of the beach place. The purchase is not refundable even in the case of adverse weather conditions of any kind, which do not allow the stay at the beach.
